Refund policy

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please email info@cycleapex.com and we will confirm the return criteria and arrange collection from your location.

Returns for Non-Defective / Unwanted Items

  • Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Items must be unused and in resellable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Please do not attach labels or tape directly to the product packaging — use the external shipping package only.
  • If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduced refund.

Returns for Defective Items

  • Defective items may be returned within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you.
  • Once inspected and the defect confirmed, we will issue a full refund or offer an exchange.

Refund Processing

  • Non-defective returns: refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Defective items: refunds are processed within 14 days of defect verification.
  • For orders cancelled before dispatch: refunds are processed within 24 hours.
