Shipping Policy

Where We Ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times:

  • Accessories: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
  • E-Bikes (Folding & City): Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods (e.g. Black Friday, bank holidays, Christmas) or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Costs:

  • E-Bikes: Free shipping on all e-bike orders.
  • Accessories: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will either attempt redelivery the next day or arrange a local depot pickup. Cycle Apex is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
