Delivery Information

We offer free UK delivery on all e-bike orders. Estimated delivery is 3–5 working days. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us at info@cycleapex.com to initiate a return.

Warranty

Warranty Coverage

At Cycle Apex, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all E-Bikes and accessories, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects & faulty components under normal usage conditions.

What is Covered

Frame & Forks: Warranty covers any structural defects in the frame or forks due to manufacturing faults. (3 Years on the Frame)

Battery & Motor: Warranty covers defects in the motor & battery that affect the performance & functionality of the E-Bike.

Brake Failure & Defects: Warranty covers any Brake Failure and Brake replacement.

Electrical Components: Warranty includes issues with electrical components, such as the display, controllers, & wiring, that are a result of manufacturing defects.

Accessories: Warranty covers defects in accessories that are a result of manufacturing defects.

What is NOT Covered

Normal Wear & Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as worn brake pads, worn tires, or worn chains.

Damage from Accidents: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect is not covered by the warranty.

Modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the E-Bike that are not authorized by Hygge Bikes will void the warranty.

Maintenance: The warranty does not cover maintenance costs, such as tune-ups or adjustments.
